Sha Farley is a business professional with proven success and 12+ years of experience in the practice of Human Resources. Sha has assumed both HR generalist and specialist roles here in the United States and abroad. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Vanderbilt University and Masters Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois. Sha is currently employed by Walmart Stores, Inc. as a Senior Director of Human Resources in the Global People Division supporting Finance. She has responsibility for the people strategy for over 1400 associates globally and works closely with her team of 11 associates to meet the demands of their client. Prior to joining Walmart, Sha spent 11 years working for Pfizer Inc, a pharmaceutical company headquartered in New York, New York. 

Sha has a passion for philanthropic efforts and is a board member for the American Red Cross – Dallas Chapter. When she is not meeting the demands of work, Sha enjoys traveling, rigorous exercise, spending time with close friends and family and serving in her church.
