Kymberlee Dwinell is director, Diversity & Inclusion, Compliance, Ethics & Environmental, Health and Safety, a center of Excellence in Northrop Grumman’s Information Systems sector, a premier provider of advanced IT solutions, engineering and business services for government and commercial clients. In this capacity, as a Human Resources expert, Ms. Dwinell is responsible for designing and delivering solutions and partnering with human resources business leaders to deliver these solutions to employees. Prior to her current role, Ms. Dwinell served as group director, Human Resources (HR) Commercial, State and Local, Defense, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Information and Technical Services businesses. Previous to joining Northrop Grumman, Ms. Dwinell held HR positions with the National Rifle Association of American and Mobil Oil Corporation. Ms. Dwinell holds a BA from Wheaton College, Norton, Massachusetts, and has attended postgraduate courses and/or attended advanced leadership programs at Cornell, Fordham, University of Virginia, and University of Michigan. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate. Kymberlee is a certified coach for the Personnel Decisions International Profiler 360, is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator qualified, and certified to facilitate the Drexler-Sibbet Team performance model, Prosci change management learning systems, as well as William Bridges & Associates Leading Organizational Transition.
