As Vice President of Human Resources, Kym Sosolik is a dynamic leader with tremendous experience and skill developing individuals, teams and organizations for high performance. She leads Andrews in recruiting, hiring, retaining and developing great people. Prior to joining the Andrews Team, Kym served as Director of Leadership and Organizational Development with Cox Executive Education at Southern Methodist University where she created leadership programs designed to provide skills and tools needed at critical junctures in corporate careers for rising and highly talented leaders to have an immediate and lasting impact on their companies and careers.

Kym served as Director of Management Development & Training for PDI, Inc., a diversified sales and marketing services provider to the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries. In that role she designed and instituted new management development programs, developed a competency-based performance management system, formalized succession planning processes, and created a management assessment program to identify high potential candidates

Kym received a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Dallas Baptist University. She is certified to consult and deliver numerous assessment and development tools.
