Kristin Carbone, Psy. D.

AVP, Talent Management and Diversity, Citi

Kristin Carbone is AVP, Talent Management and Diversity at Citi and is responsible for talent management and diversity initiatives for Citi’s Global Functions. Prior to joining Citi, Kristin consulted to various companies, including Merck and Johnson & Johnson as well as non-profit organizations, including the New Jersey Board of Education. Her experience includes organizational development, change management, leadership development, and executive coaching. Kristin is also Chairman of the Tino Carbone Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the eradication of brain cancer. She serves on the New York Blood Services Community Relations Advisory Council and is also a member of her local division of the American Cancer Society, for which she has run numerous fundraising events. Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and a master's and doctorate in organizational psychology from the same institution, where she was the recipient of the Excellence Fellowship.
