Kris Erickson has over twenty years of consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies in industries such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare.  In this capacity, Ms. Erickson works at both the strategic and tactical levels to develop and deploy comprehensive workforce solutions.  She joined Kenexa after serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for a healthcare company where she was instrumental in designing leading edge strategies to meet the thirty percent year on year growth of the organization. At Kenexa, Ms. Erickson’s role is executive sponsor for a select group of multi product and services Kenexa clients.  She is responsible for growing and developing these important,  ongoing relationships.  She also serves as an executive consultant for the assessment and survey practices within Kenexa. Ms. Erickson graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  She resides in Lincoln, Nebraska with her husband and son.
