Kolleen Yacoub
Kolleen A. Yacoub assumed her current position upon appointment to the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service in December 2010. She is responsible for providing the full range of support required to maintain and sustain the global based Defense CI and HUMINT Center (DX) and support the conduct of DX collection operations worldwide. Her responsibilities include managing services, resources and materiel related to the development, fielding and maintenance of DX logistics, security, training, and providing HUMINT and CI career management of DX’s global workforce. Additionally, Ms. Yacoub develops and manages: quality-of-life programs, operational/contingency deployments, emergency evacuations of forward based personnel, and DX military and reserve support. She also develops and coordinates policy related to the Administrative Management of the global-based DX workforce, and provides executive administrative services to DX headquarters.
During her federal career, Ms. Yacoub has held varied leadership, collection and operational support positions domestically and abroad.
Ms. Yacoub holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She holds three graduate degrees: a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University Industrial College of the Armed Forces; a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University; and a Master of Business Administration from Monterey Institute for International Studies.
