Kirsten Fatzinger is the Director of HR Communications at Capital One. Kirsten and her team are responsible for messaging to 30,000 Capital One associates, including those joining the financial services company as a result of two recent acquisitions. Kirsten's team also owns executive communications, video and multimedia strategy and production, multi-channel recruiting materials, and the workplace awards strategy. She previously worked in Capital One's Brand Marketing organization, and prior to that held communications and training roles in aviation. Kirsten has taught at the high school, community college, and university levels. She is an adjunct instructor in Public Relations at the University of Virginia. Kirsten holds a Bachelor's in Communication and a Master's in Education, and lives in Falls Church, Virginia with her husband Bob, son James (3), and son John (4 months).
