Kim Coleman leads the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Bon Secours team members. The Talent Acquisition Team strategically partners with leaders to successfully attract, select, and retain top talent to Catholic healthcare who will provide unparalleled service excellence and extraordinary patient care. Kim joined Bon Secours in 2003 as Director of Patient Access and was promoted to Human Resources in 2007. In 2009, Kim was promoted to Administrative Director, Talent Acquisition for Bon Secours Virginia Health System and is responsible for the talent process for Bon Secours facilities across the state. Kim and her team have received the “Best Recruitment, Engagement & Retention” Award presented by Richmond SHRM and others two years in a row. Kim has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and MBA from Averett University. Kim and her husband Matt are the proud parents of Judson, Abbie, and Kenny.
