Kevin Jordan is the National Manager for Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility at KPMG LLP. Kevin supports strategic business imperatives that link diversity and corporate citizenship to the firm’s commercial strategy. He manages special projects that involve stakeholder engagement, philanthropic partnerships, workforce readiness, and developing a robust, diverse talent pipeline.

Kevin has a background in accounting, finance and human resources. Kevin has been involved with programs such as Junior Achievement, Boys and Girls Club and other community initiatives that focus on youth in underserved communities.

Kevin is a graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He has also served on employer advisory boards for University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago State University and Ohio State University.
