Katie is the National Leader of Human Resources and has been with McGladrey since January of 2001.  In her current role Katie is responsible for creating and sustaining alignment between firm and human resource strategy. During her tenure with McGladrey her primary focus areas have been in the design, implementation and administration of the firm’s total rewards programs including compensation and benefit offerings, employee recognition programs and retention strategies

Prior to joining McGladrey in 2001, Katie was Director of Human Resources for FSI International, a high tech manufacturing firm, located in Chaska, Minnesota.  Katie spent more than 10 years working for a health care system in the Twin Cities area in a variety of human resources roles including Competency Project Manager, and Director of Human Resources for their clinic system.  Katie brings a broad scope of human resources experiences and perspectives to her role with the firm.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

She resides is St. Paul with her husband and two children.
