Kathie Lingle
Kathie Lingle leads WorldatWork’s Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP) to advance work-life as part of an integrated total rewards strategy. She is a work-life pioneer who has been recognized with several awards including the FWI Work-Life Legacy award (2007) and the When Work Works Pioneer Award (2011) from SHRM and Families and Work Institute.
She spearheaded AWLP’s creation of National Work and Family Month in 2003, a national education campaign that encourages businesses to celebrate work-life progress.
Lingle has testified as an expert witness at a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Subcommittee hearing on work-life programs and before the Senate Subcommittee on Workplace Flexibility. She also founded the Greater Washington Work-Life Network in 2010.
Lingle is a Work-Life Certified Professional who holds an M.S. in Child Development and Family Systems from The Ohio State University in Columbus.
