Karen Lanson’s eclectic background includes nearly 25 years as a clinician, corporate leader and business professional. Since 1998, she’s built a successful Coaching/Consulting practice and strong partnerships with diverse clients such as Wells Fargo, Microsoft, McGladrey, University of MN, Thomson Reuters and key government agencies. Her strong foundation in behavioral science and business support her engaging style and effectiveness in leadership coaching, team/organization/career development, communications, conflict resolution, performance consulting and work-life integration. Karen earned an M.A. and Ed.S degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri and has credentials as a Licensed Psychologist, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Mediator and Peer Coaching Facilitator. Karen has been featured in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, Boston Globe, St. Paul Pioneer Press and Consulting Magazine. She is an active member of numerous professional organizations, a recent Co-Chair of ASTD’s Organizational Coaching group and a former Board Officer at a large, Minneapolis-based Community Center.
