In her newly assigned role, Ms. Gravallese leads of team of almost 200 engineers and computer scientists supporting two MITRE customer portfolios within the intelligence community—focusing on geospatial intelligence and space systems. Ms Gravallese has led a number of Defense and Intelligence agency projects in her accomplished career as a systems engineer and manager for over 25 years.  She has recently worked in the area of strategic assessments—methodology and practice—for the counterterrorism intelligence mission; and is currently leading a cyber intelligence technology and partnership initiative.

Ms. Gravallese holds a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of Virginia, with a focus on systems engineering and enterprise systems.  She continues to be involved in a variety of academic, industry, and government forum; and teaches at the graduate level in enterprise computing, IT strategies, data analytics, and cloud technologies.  Ms. Gravallese is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance Council on Innovative Technology; serves on the National Defense Industrial Association Cyber Division; and is a Director for the Object Management Group Board.
