Jodi Davidson, Director of Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives for Sodexo, Inc., leads the organizations vast portfolio of diversity programs, to include mentoring, work/life effectiveness initiatives as well as all diversity related recognition programs. Davidson joined the organization in 1995 specializing in the areas of employee relations, and training and development. Prior to her current role, Davidson served as the Director of Diversity for Sodexo’s Education Market. Davidson possesses a vast knowledge and understanding of the critical function diversity and inclusion play in today’s increasingly competitive business environment. She currently serves as Chair for several cross-divisional / cross-functional task forces and steering committees including Sodexo’s “Spirit of Mentoring” Implementation Team and Work/Life – Flexibility Implementation Team. Davidson holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology. She is married and the proud mother of three children.
