Jim Rottman leads the global workplace transformation programs for American Express. Workplace transformation addresses the global trends that shape the changing workplace including multigenerational workforce, flexible work, work / life initiatives and collaborative work environments.
Jim brings a broad range of work experience in talent management, technology and finance. His expertise is in designing and implementing innovative talent strategies, identifying new ways of working through collaboration, social media, employee engagement and work/life solutions.
Jim holds a BA in Business from the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ and a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA. On the personal front, Jim is actively engaged with community based programs, an avid golfer, skier and parent of three beautiful children.
