Jill Larsen is the Vice-President, Global Human Resources for RSA, the Security Division of EMC.  RSA is a 2,800 employee division of EMC.  Jill has held this global position for three years and is a member of the RSA Senior Leadership team.

Prior to EMC, Jill held global VP level HR positions in both the Public Sector and Financial Services divisions of SunGard where she was employed for seven years.  She has held senior level HR leadership roles in Fortune 500, Global Consulting, and start-up organizations and began her career in Recruiting at Raytheon and Quantum.

Jill earned her Bachelor’s degree from Boston College with magna cum laude distinction.  She earned her Master’s Degree in 2009 from Emmanuel College with summa cum laude distinction, winning the Emmanuel Academic Excellence Award.  Jill also has her PHR designation.

Jill is President of her town’s Parents Advisory Council (PAC), an organization for parents of children with special needs.  Jill also serves as the President of the RSA Chapter of the Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) and is a member of the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF). 

Jill lives in Massachusetts, with her husband and seven year old twin sons.
