She has 20 years of R&D experience at P&G, leading innovations in multiple categories such as Hair Care, Oral Care, Personal Beauty Care and Fabric Care. She has experiences of working across different cultures and geographies, including: China, Japan, US, ASEAN and India. She is both passionate and highly skilled in growing people and organization Capabilities with over 15 years experience in people and organisation development in P&G R&D. Jennifer was born and raised in Guangzhou, China. She is married and has one daughter.
