Jennifer Laiahsang is Territory Human Resources Director at Best Buy. She is responsible for the end to end employee experience of more than 13,000 employees. She has been with Best Buy almost 14 years and started her career as a Supervisor while continuing her education in Human Resources and advancing through the company holding roles such as General Manager and Leadership Coach. Jennifer spent much of 2010 serving as Interim Head of Human Resources for Best Buy, where she was based in Shanghai, China. This experience has given her a more global view of the world not just personally but professionally. Jennifer has been married to her husband Warren for 12 years and is the proud mother of two sons; Warren jr who is 11 and Robert who is 3. She loves to travel with the family, particularly where there is sun and water.
