Mrs. Jeanetta Darno is responsible for leading the strategy development and implementation of initiatives for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to support progress across Nationwide. Nationwide is one of the largest diversified insurance and financial services organizations in the world. Nationwide ranks #104 on the Fortune 500 list. In addition to working with Nationwide’s business and HR leaders to establish strategies to create a more richly diverse workforce and more inclusive workplace in support of our overall business objectives, her responsibilities include but are not limited to establishing, strengthening and nurturing strategic external relationships.
