Jean joined Prudential in 1997 in the Property and Casualty Underwriting Department. She moved through various departments and roles within the company, including Statutory Reporting, Budget and Finance, Operations and Compliance.

In her current role, Jean manages the LCBE online community, providing training, encouragement and support to the 740 department associates as well as the extended enterprise community. As a Compliance professional, she is part of the enterprise-wide social media governance discussion and participates in several collaborative initiatives for Prudential’s veterans, training and diversity communities.

Prior to joining Prudential, Jean owned a small art studio and worked as an artist and instructor. She attended Brookdale College and SIT, School for InternationalTraining.
