Janice Rhodes joined Battelle in 1991 as a researcher providing support to the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) defense acquisition community. In 1997, Janice assumed responsibility of the CBRN Information Analysis Center (CBRNIAC) Technical Area Task (TAT) program; a $1.2B Department of Defense program managed by Battelle. In her role as Program Manager she is responsible for the day to day execution of program requirements and management of the individual task-orders in terms of cost, schedule and performance. In 2004 Ms. Rhodes’ responsibilities were expanded to include management and oversight of Battelle’s large, strategic, multi-client Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts which include: General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules, Army Research Office Scientific Services Program (ARO-SSP), CBRNIAC TATs, Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC) Mission Support, and the Army Research Laboratory (ARL). Ms. Rhodes works out of the Battelle Eastern Science and Technology (BEST) Center in Aberdeen, Maryland.
