Janice Fenn has over 25 years of human resources and diversity experience. She is the President of the Professional Resources Organization, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in professional development and diversity seminars and diversity strategy working with clients such as American Express, The American Cancer Society, ConAgra Foods, Johnson Controls, McDonald’s Corporation, Microsoft, Northwestern Mutual and Omaha Public Power District. Her corporate experience includes Director of Workforce Diversity at Lockheed Martin, Senior Director of Global Diversity for Kraft Foods, and positions in human resources at Quaker Oats and Sara Lee Corporation. Ms. Fenn is co-author of the book Do You See What I See? A Diversity Tale for Retaining People of Color, creator of the Development Ladder GameTM, author of the Diversity Fairy Tale Series. Ms. Fenn holds BS and MS degrees in Biology from Tuskegee University, and an MBA from Purdue University’s School of Business.
