Janet Wang is a senior vice president and Staffing executive for Bank of America's Global Banking & Markets (GBAM) business. In this role, Janet’s team is responsible for managing all hiring related activities for the GBAM globally. She is located in New York.

Janet joined Bank of America in 2010. Most recently before joining the bank, she was the Chief Human Resource Officer for Babcock & Brown. Prior to that, Janet spent many years at Credit Suisse where she held a number of leadership roles including Global Head of Human Resources for Fixed Income and Asset Management. Janet also held Human Resources roles at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.

Janet holds a BA in Economics and Asian Studies.
