Jane Hong is director of performance management and HRIS at Scripps Health. Jane is responsible for the integration and alignment of performance objectives and communications to drive organizational performance. In her role, she oversees HR information systems, performance management, workforce analytics and workforce communications. Prior to joining Scripps, Jane worked in communications roles at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente. Jane received her Masters of Public Policy from U.C. Berkeley and her B.S. in Business Administration from Cal State University, Northridge. Her work in workforce messaging and communications has garnered several communications awards, including the Public Relations Society of America Silver Anvil Award of Excellence for internal communications.
