Jana Fallon is the Vice President of Recruiting for Prudential. Within the Staffing organization, she leads the recruiting team of Relationship Managers, Recruiters and Coordinators that support the US businesses and corporate centers.

In her previous role at Prudential, as their Director of Assessment and Selection, she was responsible for the development and execution of the Prudential Staffing assessment strategy. This includes designing, implementing and driving the deployment of talent assessment programs across the enterprise to ensure the company is positioned to select top talent.  

Prior to joining Prudential, Jana worked for American Express, where she held a series of roles moving from a Manager of Assessment and Selection, to the Director of Talent Acquisition, where she led the assessment function for the enterprise.  In that role, Jana led the development and validation of global programs such as a leadership competency model for the enterprise, as well as functional models designed to profile success in critical roles across the enterprise.  She built a talent interview management system and assessment skills training programs, as well as assessment programs used across the globe.  She also led the recruiting function for the Consumer Card business, with annual hiring volume over 3000 positions ranging from call center employees to first level executives.

Jana started her career with an industry leading assessment consulting firm, ePredix, serving as their Director of Client Development.  In that role, she was responsible for managing top tier national accounts and researching and developing new products. She managed large-scale engagements such as the development of competency models, job analysis and rollout of online assessments in international organizations.

Jana holds a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  She lives in Fanwood, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
