Since 2008, Dr. Soni has been an Organization Effectiveness Specialist at the Aerospace Corporation partnering with and advising executives and mid-level managers on how they can improve the effectiveness and performance of their organizations and leaders as well as mentoring the next generation of formal and informal leaders.
