Irece Andrade Rodrigues is a social worker, systems analyst, and administrator. She is from Paraná and has one sister. She is the daughter of Nelson, an agricultural technician, and Célia, a housewife. She had a simple childhood, but was always adventurous, dedicated, and a brilliant student. She worked in Human Resource departments in multinational companies and has been working in logistics since 1998.

At JSL, she worked in the areas of training and development, projects, operations, sales, customer management, corporate communication, and currently heads the Corporate Affairs area. She has held management positions for more than 10 years.

JSL was founded 56 years ago. It is the leading company in the road logistics field and employs 22,600 people. Irece’s characteristics include an involvement and passion in her work, with a sense of speed and perfection in everything she does. She is a strong speaker, wears her heart on her sleeve, and is open, sensitive, and a very quick thinker.

Although she is an executive who achieves fantastic results, she is also a loving mother with an 11-year-old daughter who dreams of being a veterinarian.
