Ingrid Clark Durfy is President of Strategic Account Management at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS). She is responsible for managing relationships between Johnson & Johnson and our largest, U.S.-based commercial customers, including large health plans, integrated delivery networks, pharmacy benefits managers, long-term care entities, employers, group purchasing organizations and government accounts. This responsibility is enterprise-wide and covers 23 franchises. Ingrid joins JJHCS from Therakos, part of the Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. franchise, (OCD) where she served as General Manager since April 2006. Under Ingrid’s leadership, Therakos, Inc. returned to profitability and generated impressive growth rates. She was a member of the OCD Global Management Board. Ingrid’s career with Johnson & Johnson has spanned over 22 years, in which she has held several managerial and directorial positions. Ingrid started as a sales representative in 1988 for Ethicon, Inc. and over the years that followed, she held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing with both Ethicon, Inc. and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. In September of 1998, Ingrid was promoted to Area Business Director of Sales and Marketing for Ethicon Endo-Surgery in Chicago. In this role she led a 60 person sales team through the development and execution of sales and market development strategies that resulted in 15% growth. In 1999 her team attained the highest national growth in the Endo/Mech franchise. In April 2003, she was named Vice President of Marketing for Codman & Shurtleff, Inc. (Codman) and served as a key leader of the Codman Management Board. Related to outside affiliations, Ingrid is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and a member of the Corporate Leadership Council for the Global Fund for Women. Ingrid earned her B.A. double major at the University of Michigan. She and her husband Brian live in the Center City section of Philadelphia, PA.
