Ileana Rivera is the Director of IT for Latin America. She is responsible for managing all user interactions for the Product and Services Sales’ organizations. Her main areas of responsibility include User Experience, Service Capability, Cisco on Cisco and IT leadership.

Before joining Cisco, Rivera worked at TAOS Consulting as Senior IT Management Consultant for the Office of the CIO Practice and holds over 13 years of experience in the life science/medical device industry working at Stryker Corporation.

Rivera holds an engineering degree from the University of Puerto Rico, and a master’s degree in information systems from the University of San Francisco, California. Ileana also holds the following honors: Hispanic IT Executive Council Top 100 Most Influential Hispanics in IT - Honoree 2010, 2011, 2012; Hispanic Engineering & IT Magazine Top 200 Most Influential Hispanics in Technology - Honoree 2011; and Women of Color STEM Conference, Technology All-Star - Honoree 2012.
