Heather Wright
Heather Lofkin Wright has been with PwC for 13 years and is currently the Corporate Responsibility Director for the US firm. In this role, Heather oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm's internal corporate responsibility strategy around environment, people, marketplace and community—addressing issues including supply chain and the firm’s sustainability commitment, talent and performance diversity and development, community relations and outreach efforts, and employee volunteerism, among others.
Heather is a sought-after speaker on corporate responsibility and philanthropy, volunteerism, employee engagement and youth STEM education. Successes at PwC under her tenure include:
- Launching the Firm’s signature commitment to math and financial literacy
- The creation and public release of the firm’s first corporate responsibility report
- Realigning PwC's service efforts to allow its US employees to take part in paid-time off to volunteer and give back to communities nationwide through firm-sponsored volunteerism
- Partnering with Donorschoose.org to allow the firm’s 30,000 US employees choose the education-related projects they can donate to
Heather has held a variety of roles at PwC, and most recently led a team of 80 professionals on the Marketing & Sales team. She also serves as the leader for PwC’s American Cancer Society team and is the co-chair of PwC’s Internal Firm Services’ annual campaign for the United Way in Boston.
