Grace Han is primarily responsible for developing and managing on site service solutions to large hospitals and senior homes in china to help organizations improve performance

Prior to taking this position, Grace has 10 year experiences working with both FIC (Foreign invest company) and SOE (State-Owned Enterprises) in developing large strategic projects in China as national Business Development Director. Grace is specialized in development and planning of organic growth and JV formation. She has deep experience in the entire lifecycle of various business development scenarios, including market positioning, business strategy, feasibility studies and opportunity exploration in emerging market.

In the past 5 years, Grace has contributed to a series of high profile national seminars and internal training programs to help many public organizations and SOEs promote and accelerate outsourcing strategies and processes.

Grace is a member of SWIFt - Sodexo Women's International Forum for Talent, a council of 20 female leaders with diversified nationalities. Grace and her peers are responsible of proposing tangible actions to enable the Group to achieve its goal of increasing female representation in Sodexo's top management. SWIFt is named an International Innovations in Diversity award winner in 2010.

Grace holds an EMBA degree from HEC Paris. She is also a member of selection committee of HEC EMBA program in China.
