Glaucia Teixeira is the Human Resources Vice President for Latin America, CEVA Logistics. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she is in charge of the Human Resources strategies and policies in line with Corporative and business strategy and ensuring the HR function provides the support required to the business across all offices in the region.

Prior to joining CEVA, Glaucia worked with Penske Logistics, Control Risks and EDS – Electronic Data Systems (currently HP), where she had several leading roles, as Global Campus Recruiting Manager, HR Recruitment Director for Latin America and HR Director for Brazil. She lived and worked in Brazil, the United States and Argentina and has travelled extensively throughout Latin America and the United States.

Prior to EDS, Glaucia developed her career in HR and general management with several leading IT companies amongst which PeopleSoft and Sun Microsystems. Glaucia holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sao Paulo University (USP), post graduation studies in Human Resources from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), and a degree in Public Relations from FAAP.

Glaucia is a native Portuguese speaker and she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
