Gaia Bruschi is the BHR Manager for the Medical Products Division of Abbott Italy. She is responsible for HR strategy to support the business and strengthen the organization’s alignment with staff and customer needs through employee value proposition and engagement, community relations and diversity management.

With more than 2,000 commercial and manufacturing employees over five locations, Abbott Italy is regarded as a key employer in Italy, having received several workplace accreditations including Top Employer and Great Place to Work.

Gaia lives in Rome with her husband and six-year-old son. She was recently named ‘HR Manager of the Year’ for the region of Lazio.
