Fabiola Rogano is the Director of Chassis Engineering for GM do Brazil. Assigned to this job in 2009, Fabiola was the first woman holding an Engineering Director position within GM South America.

Born in São Caetano do Sul, state of São Paulo in 1971, she received her bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola Politecnica Universidade de São Paulo and a MBA in Business Management at BSP and Toronto University.

Fabiola had a diversified career path to date, having started in the Electrical department as Junior Engineer, when she had the opportunity of spending some months in Europe as a result of a job rotation assignmet. She then continued her professional development holding several positions within Product Engineering, including local/ global assignments and interactions with several GM sites around the globe.

Married since 1995, Fabiola is also the proud mother of triplets, born in 2005.
