Erica O’Malley is the National Practice Leader for the benefit plan practice at Grant Thornton LLP. Erica has been instrumental in growing the benefit practice for Grant Thornton since 2002.

Effective August 1, 2011 Erica was appointed as Grant Thornton’s National Managing Partner – Women’s Initiative and Programs. In this role, Erica oversees the Women at Grant Thornton which is in place to enhance the recruitment, retention and advancement of women at Grant Thornton.

Erica is a strong proponent of balancing personal and professional responsibilities, while making significant contributions to the industry. She has been influential in organizing networking and leadership events for the firm and women in the business community.

Erica works with other women business leaders to identify key barriers to women in the industry and help offer solutions. She has a passion to help women succeed in business, as well as in their personal lives.
