Ellis Minnesma is currently working as Compensation and Benefits manager with Abbott Laboratories in the Netherlands. She joined Abbott in 1998 and held several HR positions. Prior to her assignment at Abbott, she worked as HR Manager for several large companies. Ellis obtained a bachelors degree in Human Resources in 1984, followed by a post masters qualification in Management Development and HR and assessment in 2000. She is an active member of the international chapter of the Dutch Association for Personnell Management and Organisation Development. In addition to her work at Abbott, Ellis is freelance teacher Human Resources for ISBW and Saxion Universities, The Netherlands.
