Ellen Hongo is the Sr. Director leading the Knowledge and Collaboration team for ADP.  As part of the Client Experience and Continuous Improvement organization, her team is responsible for building the processes and tools to support knowledge creation and collaboration both within ADP and with ADP's clients.

Ellen brings over 20 years experience in the design and implementation of enterprise knowledge management programs and has spent the last six years working in the field of payroll and tax.
