Elizabeth Diep is a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP based in New York. With over ten years of experience, she advises clients with numerous types of investment portfolios including complex derivative structures, hedge funds and private equity funds.  Elizabeth earned her Bachelors' in Accounting with a minor in Latin American Studies from Pace University.   She has served six years on their School of Business Alumni Board and as a mentor in their accounting professions program and on their Board of Advisors.  Elizabeth co-chairs the Board of Directors of the New York State Society of CPA’s.  She is also member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Black Accountants and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance Accounting, where she held numerous NY board positions.  Elizabeth is a NY and CT Certified Public Accountant.  A native of the Dominican Republic, she enjoys traveling, running, playing tennis and dancing.
