Elena Richards is a Director in the Office of Diversity for the US Firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has been with the Firm over 10 years and has served in a myriad of Human Resources and Diversity roles. She is currently responsible for driving diversity strategies in the NY Metro market which is comprised of 7000 professionals across 5 offices. She is also responsible for a national program aimed at onboarding their minority talent and optimizing their success trajectory. Prior to joining PwC, Elena worked for Inroads Northern New Jersey where she was responsible for placing interns in organizations like PwC and converting them to full time hires. She currently serves on Working Mother Media Women of Color Advisory Board. Mrs. Richards resides in New Jersey with her husband and daughter who is almost 2 years old but going on 20!
