Elaine Bai is workforce management Executive for IBM AP & Greater China Region, Human Resources. In this role, she oversees Talent, Learning & Development and Diversity supporting business units in the region. In IBM China, Elaine has had lead role to manage Staffing Organization as staffing executive. She also managed IBM China HR Shared Service Center back in 2003. Elaine has more than 15 years of HR experiences in Greater China. In additional to IBM roles, she also worked for various HR regional roles in China in the past for various of companies including Asia Pacific HR Director for Diebold, North Asia HR Director for Rational Software, Greater China HR Director for Accenture, China HR Manager for 3Com, and China HR Operation Manager for GE. Elaine is specialized in Expatriate management, benefit program design, Recruitment & Talent Management. Elaine has an MBA degree from Rutgers Business School, University of New Jersey, and a Law degree from Beijing University.
