As Executive Director of Experienced Hire Recruiting, Eileen Raymond is responsible for managing the recruiting efforts for approximately 3,500 professional hires across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Client Service Support in North America. 

Before joining KPMG in May 2007, Eileen was the Director of Talent Acquisition and Resource Management for SRA International, a leading systems integrator to the US federal government.  While at SRA, she led the transformation of the recruiting and resource management organization, including the development of a strategic plan and roadmap, initiating a metrics program and comprehensive effort to materially upgrade capabilities.  Prior to joining SRA, she spent more than ten years with BearingPoint and KPMG Consulting where she was the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and Management.  During her tenure she held various leadership and management positions within the recruiting organization, including director of Financial Services, Commercial, Public Services and Global Corporate Infrastructure.  Eileen began her professional career at Accenture in their Campus/Experienced Hire recruiting organization. 

Eileen holds a B.S. in International Relations from The American University. Eileen works out of the KPMG office in Washington, DC and resides in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and two children.
