Eileen Miller is Vice President and Diversity Manager at Citi in the Global Workforce Diversity function.  In this role, she manages Citi’s relationships with external diversity organizations, managing diversity initiatives and events to attract, develop and retain diverse talent while building an inclusive workplace.  Eileen is also responsible for external and internal diversity communications.

Eileen began her career at Citi in 1998 holding various positions in Human Resources and Compliance.  She serves on the Harlem YMCA Black Achiever Program Board and is an active volunteer in her community.  She currently resides in Valley Stream, NY with her husband Keith and their two children Evan and Mya.
