Prior to founding Creative Source Consulting, Ed was Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity Strategy at Advance Micro Devices in Austin, TX; Vice President of Global People Processes and Diversity at the Coca Cola Company in Atlanta, GA; Corporate Director of Employment and Diversity at Texaco, Inc.; And Director of Employment, Diversity Management, and EEO for the R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute a Johnson and Johnson Company. Ed has also held HR management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation. He is a member of The Executive Leadership Council, the Organizational Resources Consultants Diversity Advisory Board, the Conference Board Diversity Executive Council, and the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment.
