Dennis Berger is senior vice president of coworker services, chief coworker services officer and executive committee member of CDW. Dennis is responsible for CDW's overall coworker services strategy, talent acquisition and development, compensation, benefits, diversity and inclusion, and organization as well as succession planning. Dennis joined the CDW team in 2005. Prior to joining the company, Dennis spent nearly 12 years with the Pepsi Cola organization (Pepsi Cola Company, Pepsi Bottling Group, and PepsiAmericas) in a variety of human resources roles. Prior to Pepsi, Berger worked for 5 years in human resources for GTE Corporation. Dennis holds an MBA from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and BBA degree from Northeastern University in Boston. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, the Anti-Defamation League of Chicago (ADL) and SCORES Chicago.
