Denise Treacy is Director, Finance Planning and Strategy at Pepsico do Brazil (PdB). Denise leads PdB financial agenda for Brazil Foods including FP&A, Sales Finance, Marketing Finance, and CAPEX.

Denise believes coaching and mentoring are key tools to a sustainable and successful career. While in New York, Denise was an leading member of WoC Advancement team and implemented the Finance Career Competency Model as part of the Finance Forward initiative. In 2009, Denise joined Pepsico in Purchase as Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance.

In 2011, Denise moved to PAB as Director FP&A and SG&A. Before joining PepsiCo, Denise worked for Diageo Plc, holding several roles in Finance.

Denise holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in International Business and an MBA in Finance from Iona College, New Rochelle, NY. Denise is married and has two sons, Dylan (8) and Aidan (5). She and her family recently relocated from NY to São Paulo, Brazil.
