Deborah Epstein Henry is a nationally recognized expert on workplace restructuring, talent management, work/life balance, and retaining and promoting lawyers.  She is a sought after consultant and speaker, advising law firm management, general counsel, lawyers, non-lawyer professionals, and students.  Debbie is the author of LAW & REORDER: Legal Industry Solutions for Restructure, Retention, Promotion & Work/Life Balance, the #1 best selling ABA Flagship book for 2011.  In four months, LAW & REORDER went into its second printing.  A former practicing litigator, Debbie is President of Flex-Time Lawyers LLC, a national consulting firm she founded in the late 1990s.  She has garnered visibility for her work from The New York Times, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, The Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio, The National Law Journal, among numerous others.  Debbie is an ABA Commission on Women in the Profession Liaison, a Law360 Advisory Board member, and a New York State Bar Association Committee for Lawyers in Transition Consultant.  She received her B.A. from Yale and J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.  Debbie clerked for the Honorable Jacob Mishler in the U.S. District Court, E.D.N.Y.  She is married and the mother of three sons, ages 15, 13 and 10.
