Deborah H. Barrett is a leadership development and work-life consultant with experience developing Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Flexibility programs and policies.  Prior to become an independent consultant, she was a business development executive and HR leader at Procter & Gamble (P&G), and she led North America D&I for 55,000 employees improving the workplace culture and increasing representation of diverse employees.  Deb led strategy development and program implementation of work-life integration and flexibility at P&G.  She offers the unique combination of GM experience as and as a HR professional, which provides her with a well-rounded and pragmatic approach to solving real-world business problems.

Deb earned her MBA at Villanova University and completed her BSBA, with a minor in Sociology, from Bucknell University.  Deb has been a guest lecturer on various business topics at universities, professional association meetings and conferences, and she is certified in many diversity training approaches and as an executive coach.
