Debbie Phillips is the President of WFD Consulting, where she is responsible for driving innovation in global work/life, flexibility, women’s advancement and diversity solutions for WFD’s clients worldwide. She has been responsible for the strategic direction for the American Business Collaboration (ABC), a collaboration of companies dedicated to creating and implementing solutions to improve employees’ ability to manage work and personal responsibilities.

Debbie leads has over 30 years experience in work/life consulting and dependent care, sixteen of which have been with WFD Consulting. She is a frequent speaker at work/life and diversity conferences such as Working Mother, the Conference Board, World at Work, AWLP, and Corporate Voices.

Debbie and her husband Jim have three adult children and three grandchildren.
