David W. Anderson is Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Organizational Learning, and the Chief Compliance Officer for WellStar Health System. A graduate of Chapman University where he received his bachelors degree and the University of Houston where he received both his MBA and MHA graduate degrees, he has more than 30 years of healthcare management experience. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Society for Human Resources, the Leader’s Board for Human Resources Executives and the Corporate Leadership Council.  He has been appointed as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston’s Masters in Healthcare Administration Program. Mr. Anderson’s career includes being a hospital administrator for over 10 years, Administrator and Chief Operating Officer roles in general acute care hospitals in Texas, and holding key Human Resource and Compliance roles in large health systems in Dallas, Virginia, and at WellStar for the past six years.
