David is currently leading the vision and strategy for U.S. Organizational Engagement (OE) in support of core business priorities and in alignment with strategic goals of BI Global and US. Prior to this David held the role of U.S. social media strategist, leading a cross-functional advisory committee helping to drive change relative to the adoption of social media within the organization.

Earlier in his career David made science, and tools that made science. David is a fierce opponent of organizational skeuomorphs, and a passionate advocate of diversity in all things. David has a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and a Masters degree in Chemical Physics from University College London.
